Multi-End Simultaneous Online
Multi-end simultaneous online refers to the feature that allows the same user account to connect to RC's instant messaging service from multiple platforms simultaneously. By default, RC supports multiple devices being online at the same time. This feature is available without any additional activation.
By default, messages are not synchronized across multiple devices. If needed, please enable the Multi-Device Message Synchronization service.
Multi-device Login Restrictions
By default, the same user account can be online on up to one device each on mobile, web, desktop, and mini-program platforms.
