Ultimate Plan and Premium Plan features

RC currently offers two pricing plans: Chat Premium Plan and Chat Ultimate Plan. This document details the service limitations and feature lists of these two plans and compares them with the original Chat Enterprise Plan (now discontinued).

  6. Refers to setting specific message types as low-priority messages. Up to 20 message types can be set as low-priority. When the server is under heavy load, low-priority messages are discarded first. For example, an app can define a "like" message as a low-priority message type, which will be discarded first when the chatroom message volume is high. ↩

  7. Includes the chatroom user allowlist and chatroom message allowlist features. The chatroom user allowlist can be used to protect important users in a specific chatroom, and it supports setting allowlist users per chatroom. For example, an app can designate administrators or hosts in a specific chatroom as important users. The chatroom message allowlist can be used to protect specific message types across all chatrooms in an app. For example, an app can define a "red packet" message as a protected message type. ↩
